"I tried sharing some of my photos..."
I tried sharing some of my photos, the whole process felt more clunky than it should. The options weren’t super clear or easy to use, so it ended up being a bit frustrating.

"Unresponsive customer support"

Ordered 2 finisher certificates, each with a different picture. When I received my purchase, I had 2 certificates featuring the same picture. I immediately emailed customer support and have yet to hear back from them. They have effectively stolen my money with their error and refusal to communicate. DO NOT use them for your pictures.

I used finisherpix after a race, the photos themselves were fine, nothing catastrophic there. But the whole privacy situation gave me a bit of an ominous feeling, like my bib number and name were suddenly doing way too much public-facing work.

It felt almost alarmingly easy to find my pictures online, and I never really felt clear on what was happening with my data behind the curtain. Maybe that’s just how race photography works, but it still left me feeling uncomfortable and a little exposed

"Overall, the event coverage was okay…"
Overall, the event coverage was okay. My quick test is always: did they catch the moments I’d actually want to remember? In a few spots, they missed me, which was a little disappointing. The photos also took a while to come through, and my gut reaction was that the pricing felt kind of steep. That said, there were definitely some good shots mixed in, so it wasn’t a bad experience.

"Refund process left me frustrated"
I ordered photos from FinisherPix and ended up needing a refund, the whole process put me in a bad mood. It felt way more difficult than it needed to be. Replies took a while, and when I did hear back, the answers were kind of vague instead of giving me a clear update. After waiting around, I still didn’t feel like anyone was really helping. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me, the refund handling was disappointing, and I wouldn’t use them again.

"Bib recognition was disappointing"
I used FinisherPix after my race the bib recognition wasn’t great. It found a couple of my photos, but it also missed some where my bib was clearly visible, which was frustrating. Then it was showing me random other runners too, so... For what it costs, I really expected the whole thing to be smoother. I ended up scrolling through tons of photos myself, which kind of defeats the purpose. I did manage to get one decent picture in the end, but overall it just wasn’t the best experience.

"Good value overall, just wish for more close-ups"
I used FinisherPix after my half marathon and ended up getting the full package. It wasn’t exactly cheap... but when I compared it to buying just one or two photos, the bundle made more sense. Some of the shots were really nice, while a few were just okay or had other runners in the way. Downloading everything was easy enough once I found my bib number. I’d give it 4 stars because the package value was good in the end... I just wish there had been a few more clear close-up shots

"Nice photos, if you don’t mind the price"
Overall, I’m happy with FinisherPix. I was able to find my race photos without too much trouble, and the quality was actually good, which is always a nice surprise. The prices did feel a bit high, because apparently memories come with a premium now, and it took me a minute to sort through everything. Still, I’m glad I bought them and have the race memories to look back on.

I tried using the app but it couldnt even find most of my photos, which was really frustrating. The filters didnt work well either and barely changed anything, so the whole thing felt kind of pointless.

I did manage to find a few of my race photos, so that was nice. But some were missing, and a couple looked like they were tagged wrong, which was frustrating. The search tool could definitely be better. I know companies like to say everything is “smart” or “seamless,” but it still felt hit or miss.

The photographers were super polite and seemed to know exactly where to take us, like all the good little spots I probably would’ve walked right past. The photos turned out really nice too, which was a relief because I’m always a little awkward in front of a camera. My only thing is that it felt a bit pricey for me, but overall it was a good experience.

"Fast delivery, easy process"
I ordered my race photos from finisherpix.com and got the link faster than I thought I would. Nice. It was great not having to wait around for days after the race. The only little hiccup was that the email landed in my promotions tab, so I had to check twice before I found it. Oops. But overall, it was quick, easy, and hassle-free

"Not worth the hassle"
I ordered my race photos and the whole process was frustrating. I don’t know why the download link took so long to show up after checkout went through, but it was annoying having to wait around for it. The photos were also way too expensive for what they were, especially since a few of them came out blurry. I reached out to support and didn’t hear back for days, then just got a generic copy-paste response. I don’t think I’d buy from them again

"Nice Photos, Just a Bit Pricey"
I got my race photos back they looked really nice. I kind of expected them to be expensive because race photos always seem overpriced to me, and this pretty much confirmed that. No complaints about the quality at all, though. I do wish the prices were a little lower, especially if you want to buy more than one. I still ended up grabbing a couple because the shots were worth it.

As someone who likes things to be straightforward, I did find the emails a little confusing and had to read them twice to figure everything out. That said, the photos came through fine, so overall it worked out.

I used finisherpix to grab my race photos, and it was all simple. I found my pictures, paid for them, and then this download thing was ready right away. No weird extra steps or confusing stuff like that, which I appreciated. The email link worked fine too. The photos downloaded quickly on my laptop, and the quality was good. It all went smoother than I expected, so yeah, 5 stars from me

"Pretty good overall"
I found my race photos easily, and the quality was good. The watermark on the preview shots was kind of annoying, but I sort of get why it’s there before you buy them. The download worked fine after I paid, no real issues there. I do think the prices could maybe be a bit lower, but overall I’d give it around 4 stars
